Who am I?

I am in the process of completing a Bachelors of Arts at the University of Iowa School of Journalism and Mass communication with a minor in psychology.

I am originally from Evergreen, Colorado and find that my love of nature and passion for sustainability is largely due to growing up in the Rocky Mountains.

I am highly interested in a career in content or digital marketing for a company in any industry that values sustainability and environmentally ethical practices.

I am the youngest of four children and (arguably) the most emotionally intelligent of the bunch, but credit my outstanding organizational and collaboration skills to my siblings.

I am involved in Kappa Alpha Theta (Beta Omicron) at my University and I am currently working as a marketing intern for a custom log home builder: Honka Log Homes USA. Additionally, I am involved in a content marketing course where we are actively developing and executing a content marketing plan for medical biomanufacturing labs in Iowa City as the result of a grant from the National Science Foundation.

I plan to use my outstanding artistry, exceptional communication skills, and passion for storytelling to help brands effectively connect with their target audience.
